Bob approached me at 312.0, type 2 diabetes and a hunger for change.

At 60 years old he didn’t think his metabolism would ever be healthy again.

We continue to work through the process and Bob stands at 260.0 down 46lbs!

Diabetes and Sedentary Lifestyle

Over the years Bobs sedentary job, vacations and social events all added up to taking a major toll on his health. His diabetes was out of control and 10 years later he was at his heaviest. Adding years to his life was the main priority if he could just figure out what worked best for him.

The Solution

  • With Work Schedules
Bob had no option of cooking or reheating meals. We created a plethora of lunch meals that took minimal prep and also worked hands on guidance around menus on the go.
  • Type 2 diabetes and Health Ailments

When it comes to working with Type 1 and type 2 diabetics every meal has to be put together in a sensitive manner because the wrong calculations could be the reason for a diabetic coma. We worked closely to insure what was happening to his blood sugars before and after every meal until we found the perfect balance of carbs.

  • Trusting the Process

Bob didn’t believe anything could work for him between his schedule, his health and his age. I showed him that optimal health can be achieved at 60 and as we continue there is no stopping what he is capable of!
