CLIFTON: BINGE DRINKING AND A RECKLESS LIFESTYLE

At 34 years old Clifton was a 387 lbs alcoholic who desperately wanted change.
He had no idea how hands on guidance would work living in Hawaii.

Nor did he know where to begin with losing the weight and getting sober.

Today Clifton is down 63 pounds and is continuing his journey sober.

Addiction To Escape Toxic Relationships

Clifton had several toxic relationships over many years that led to escaping with addiction.

Hopeless, distraught and reckless described him at this stage of his life.

The Solution

  • Insatiable cravings lead to binge eating and that guilt would then lead to binge drinking.
We planned his nutrition to satisfy those cravings where he never felt like he was ‘dieting’.
  • With a stressful work schedule, fast food was his go to.
We created his nutrition plan for meals that take minimal prep, easy on the go and also had a list of go to options from restaurant menus.
  • Life’s stresses were a constant trigger that fueled addition.
We worked to form a disdain against escaping life’s problems with destructive choices.
This played a major role with weight loss and his state of mind.
