When Joe first approached me he weighed 223 lbs with addiction that consumed his every move.
It was an honor to join Joe on his road to the bodybuilding stage.

We were able to accomplish the best shape of his life at 59 years old weighing in a 191 lbs.

Alcoholism Wasting Dreams

Sobriety was something that Joe had struggled with for most of his life. Our main goals were discipline and transparency through accountability.

Discipline and honesty are the keys to sobriety. This was imperative to achieve his dreams on the body building stage.

The Solution

  • With an ‘old school’ mentality, he felt that ‘chicken and broccoli’ was the only way be stage ready.
We set up meals that he looked forward to, yielding very similar results to that ‘old school’ way of thinking.
  • His downfall was the weekend “cheat meals” that led to “cheat days”.
We set him up with high carb/high calorie days strategically to kill cravings and minimize the damage of “cheat days”.
  • Guilt and shame led to dishonesty.
Judgement free counseling showed him that the sooner he was honest, freedom would follow.
