▫️ frozen banana (1/2 large)
▫️ unsweetened almond milk (1.5 cups)
▫️ protein powder (1.5 scoops)
▫️ powdered peanut butter (2 tbsp)
(If you cannot get powdered peanut butter add 1 tbsp of peanut butter:will change macros)
❗️MIX ALL INGREDIENTS together and blend with ice for a thick shake.
The thicker the shake, the more filling.
