Crunchy Protein Wraps

▫️Low-carb wrap or large tortilla (20-24 carbs)
(Suggested Joseph’s or Flatout) (16carbs per)
▫️precooked diced chicken breast (6 oz)
▫️Avocado spread or guacamole (3 tbsp)
▫️ salad greens of choice (One large handful)
 
❗️Spread avocado as the base. Assemble all ingredients in the middle of the wrap. Fold and seal the wrap and bake at 325 for 7 minutes.
