(If you cannot source powdered use Peanut Butter preferably natural (2/3 cup)

▫️Protein Powder 4 scoops
(I utilize @questnutrition for its high filtration and blend to slow down digestion keeping me fuller longer)
❗️MIX ALL INGREDIENTS together with 3/4 cup of water and then roll them into balls and freeze for 15 mins.
They refrigerate great for the week.
