Using Joseph’s brand, 1 pita is 10 carbs each.
▫️ Pre-cooked chicken breast (6 oz)
▫️ Shredded cheese of choice (1/4 cup)
▫️ Light dressing of choice (2 tbsp)
▫️Veggies of choice (1/2 cup)
 
❗️Use the dressing as your base. Add your toppings and bake at 325° for 7 to 10 minutes.
