Throughout my own journey I learned invaluable lessons on both the applicable side of my nutrition and the emotional side!

For many years I was that “New Years Resolutioner” who would wait till January first, expecting to magically break all past habits and delivery on extremely unrealistic expectations.
By middle of January I was typically right back to the past habits and spiraling right back to where I was most of the previous year, and the cycle would continue.

I want to encourage you to look yourself in the mirror and ask yourself if you are where you want to be, lost down some realistic goals that you want to commit to, and let your actions speak volumes from there.
