One thing that was incredibly difficult for me throughout was my sweet tooth.
I would restrict myself through the week and then #bingeeating would follow me each weekend. –
I had to find a sustainable approach with alternate meals that not only tasted good, but added to my adherence and in turn helped me break the Binge eating and #yoyodiet mentality!
Of course Calorie Deficits are what create weightloss, but in the last 3 years working with nearly 300 individual journeys, ADHERENCE and CONSISTENCY is by far the most important and if you’re holding your nose through the meals you have set for yourself, it will be short lived.
