As I was going through my 190lb #weightlossjourney I realized that there were so many alternatives to the foods I loved that saved a ton of calories and allowed me to never feel I was on a ‘DIET’.
I hear a lot about ‘CALORIE DEFICITS’ and while I agree that is the ultimate way to lose weight, SUSTAINABILITY is the key to whatever you are doing.
If you’re miserable through it, it will not last.
Focus on Your ADHERENCE no matter what dieting style you choose and learn your resources through it that work best for you to stick to the plan.
This I believe is the key to SUSTAINABLE WEIGHTLOSS and ultimately LIFESTYLE CHANGE
