Save Calories @ Fast Foods

As I was going through my 190 lbs weight loss journey I lived in an extremely restrictive Tupperware driven structure. Yes it worked, but it did not give me the tools to win outside of that.

Learning to eat out was a crucial part of maintaining 190 lbs but I believe you can do that while you’re on your weight loss journey and will be better off for it!

Although I would never suggest a client eat out at fast food because of the added cravings that will follow for days, it’s important that each individual knows how to win outside of just a structured meal plan.

If your nutrition planning and guidance doesn’t teach you how to win beyond just a structured plan, then you will have an extremely hard time sustaining weight loss.

The more knowledge you have…the less overthinking…and the less shame that will follow your choices!
