As I was starting my 190lb #weightloss journey there I was extremely restrictive during the week and then the weekend would be a complete #cheatday Saturday and Sunday.
My Achilles heel was #icecream and one thing I had to adapt quickly was how to cure that #sweettooth with alternatives that satisfied me and allowed me to regain control of my weekends.
If your nutrition planning goes from a restrictive cycle during the week to #bingeeating on the weekends, there will be nothing sustainable long term, and sustainability is the key to any #weightlossjourney.
The more knowledge you have…the less overthinking…and the less shame that will follow your choices!
