Pizza was not even an option because it was a trigger food, and my list of “trigger foods” was a mile long.
The problem was, it created a very poor relationship with food, and because I had so many foods on that list, they typically would end up in a binge.
If your nutrition planning goes from a restriction to #bingeeating, there will be nothing sustainable long term, and sustainability is the key to any #weightlossjourney.
The more knowledge and food options you have…the less overthinking…and the less shame that will follow your choices!
