At 185 lbs today, we have worked hands-on in over 23 states and 7 countries!

A Different City, Every Week

From a rough family upbringing Amanda decided to step out of that environment and travel the world working on her career.

With emotional eating and drinking over the past years, her weight was at its highest but with her travel schedule, she had no idea how to win on the road, much less win in her “comfort zone” at home.

The Solution

  • Amanda was in a different state every week, going hotel to hotel.
We worked on staple meals that she was able to use through travel no matter where, and then guided menus throughout so she could learn to win with her choices.
  • Once a month she was at home but had no idea how to win with her nutrition unless she was on the road.
We put together her meal plan for the week that addressed any cravings and helped her stick to the structure, seeing the results!
  • Emotional eating and drinking was her escape when problems from home or issues with a career would come.
We worked together to break the idea that emotional eating or drinking would ever make the problems go away.
 
Understanding that every time she would give into these “destructive escapes”, the harder it would be the next time, forced change in her habits one choice at a time.
