A Struggle With Weekends
Chris has had a long journey to getting here today. Throughout his process the weekends have been an Achilles heel.
Finding the balance between living life and lifestyle change has been a constant struggle.
The Solution
- Sticking to a structured plan during the week was never a problem but the weekends were a constant struggle.
Hands on Guidance works with a weekly plan and then a totally different weekend plan. This has helped minimize the damage that oftentimes comes on the weekend.
- Learning the plethora of resources where he is located.
The small mediterranean country of Malta had a lack of resources. We worked hard to find the alternative options for him that he was able to obtain all year round.
- Lifestyle Change vs Living His Life.
The biggest struggle for Chris was creating sustainable lifestyle change but still feeling like he was living.
We had to find the balance between what he wanted vs his past comfort zones that got him into his current shape.
