· Extreme Dieting
· Unhealthy Choices
At 189 lbs Jacob has already lost over 40 lbs but wasn’t finished.
We worked together to ensure that he not only got into the best shape of his life but was in the know of how to maintain this long term!

Unsustainable Extreme Diets

Jacob wanted to be healthy but all he knew was short cut, extreme diets that were far from sustainable. He had issues with yo-yo because of the extreme nature of all that he was doing, but this time he wanted to do it differently.

The Solution

  • Breaking the extreme mindset
We had to work to break the idea that this had to be extreme with suffering in order for Him to see results. We proved that a sustainable approach would take patience but He built this patience through the process.
  • Lack of Knowledge with Nutrition

With every step we worked through the “why” with each nutrition change and choice that was made. This allowed Jacob to learn well why he was doing what he was doing.

  • Trusting the process
First we dropped the body fat. Then we transitioned into maintenance. And because there were no shortcuts taken, Jacob can now sustain the work he has put in!
