Jeremy had built some amazing muscle mass over the years but wanted to tap into the body fat and get ready for the bodybuilding stage.
We joined in and through the process torched the right weight holding on to the muscle he had worked so hard.
Six weeks out from the competition we decided to not go forward with the stage but just maintain optimal health!
Understanding 'Right' Nutrition
Jeremy had no problem building muscle or adhering to ‘diets’. He had a problem understanding what worked best for him and wanted the guidance to give him more knowledge.
He wanted to replicate what we did the first time again to build more muscle and not put on unwanted body fat.
The Solution
- Jeremy, an entrepreneur struggles with his schedules because of how hectic they can be changing daily.
We worked together to find a meal structure that catered to the best meal timings for him.
- Social gatherings, trips and vacations were constantly happening which were easy to throw Jeremy off
With hands-on guidance, we were able to find a balance between enjoying things and then getting right back in the zone.
- The bodybuilding stage wasn’t his dream
Through our process of working together, Jeremy decided that getting on the stage—although it was a goal—was not his dream.
He decided that optimal health was more important and continues maintaining that today!
