Lauren: Balancing Hectic Work with Right Diet

Working in the medical field opened up a plethora of career opportunities for Lauren; however, it also aided to poor habits and health. At 172 lbs Lauren wanted more than a scale number and to feel healthy and change habits. She also needed to address her food intolerances.
As we finished our work together she was equipped to maintain 157 lbs!

Extensive Travels and Food Intolerances

With a growing career, Lauren travelled extensively. Every three months, she was in a different state. This was exciting but it was also the beginning of declining health.


The Solution

  • Being in a different state Lauren had little knowledge of resources.
We worked together to find the plethora of options she had introducing to her so many resources that she enjoyed and never knew.
  • Intolerances created difficulty in losing weight.
With a major focus on digestion, nailing the foods around her intolerances was crucial.

Although Lauren’s career continued to grow, she fought to find balance in other releases that would enhance her physical and mental self. I witnessed Lauren grow and am happy that I could play a part of her journey.
