You are not alone
My journey of losing 190 lbs and overcoming drugs and alcohol addictions showed me that when you have a powerful testimony that is shared with transparency to others with the same issues – they will realize that they are not alone.
Being able to identify
It was 2012. I was on the 31st floor of my penthouse office balcony. I had everything. And yet, I had nothing. I had a 100 painkillers in my stream along with a full bottle of Vodka.Â
I did not jump.
It was by the grace of God that I woke up the next day. It was the by grace of that one friend I had – the one that saved me.Â

Don't wait to start making change
You did not gain a 100 pounds just because of what you ate. You did not end up with several health ailments and disorders because of what you ate.Â
What we have become is a result of the decisions we made along the way.
The only way to change is to start now. Right now. This moment. You don’t need any more reasons or justifications to make up your mind.Â
Who is in your corner?
I did not have anyone in my corner to help me when I was struggling at 356 lbs. I did not have anyone in my corner when I was neck-deep in drugs and alcohol addictions.
Getting into a calorie deficit is not easy. Emotional guidance and accountability are two of the most important things that you can have to lifestyle change.
