▫️ Unsweetened almond milk (1.5 cups)
▫️ Protein powder (1.5 scoops)
▫️ Sugar-free cheesecake Jell-O pudding powder (2 tbsp)
(If you cannot get the sugar-free Jell-O pudding, then eliminate.)
❗️MIX ALL INGREDIENTS together and blend with ice for a thick shake.
