  • 1/2 cup quick oats (dry)
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

Preparation:

  1. Microwave oatmeal in 1 cup of water for 1:30
  2. Then mix ingredients (add splash of unsweetened almond milk or light milk if you want it more creamy)
