Chipotle Protein Bites
▫️ Rolled oats (dry) (1 cup)
▫️ Whole eggs (2)
▫️ Minced/ground dark meat chicken (2lbs)
▫️ Bell pepper or sweet mini peppers (1 cup)
❗️MIX ALL INGREDIENTS together with dry seasoning (chipotle or other choice) then roll into meatball shape and bake at 400F for 20-30 mins.
Prepares a batch of 24-30 for the week that can be refrigerated and reheated with ease.
