Cornflake Baked Chicken/Cod
- 1.75 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts or 2 lbs of cod (tilapia is a good replacement)
- 1 cups unsweet almond milk + 2 eggs
- 4 cups cornflakes + 2 tbsp of dry seasoning of choice + 1 tsp garlic powder Preparation

- In a ziplock bag-mix cornflakes + dry ingredients crushing + mixing throughly.
- Pour the cornflake mix in a plate or bowl
- Mix almond milk and eggs in a bowl
- Dip each chicken piece into the egg and milk mixture, then roll in the cornflakes.
- Bake for 15 minutes on tin foil sheet with butter spray at 425 degrees F until chicken is cooked and crispy. (Bake for 25 mins at 400 degrees if you use fish)
