High Protein Chicken/Tuna Salad
- 1.5 lbs pre cooked chicken breast, cubed or shredded (swap for 700g canned Tuna in water)
- 1 1/4 cups celery + 1/4 cup red onion (diced/finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (2%)
- 1/2 cup guacamole + 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp white wine vinegar
- Dry seasoning for taste
❗️Mix all ingredients in a bowl- refrigerate for 2 hours
