High Protein French Toast

High Protein French Toast
  • 3 slices of low-calorie bread (45-60 calories would be the target per slice)
  • 200g of egg whites
  • 5g of cinnamon (makes it sweeter) or cocoa powder (pick one)
  • 50g zero calorie sweetener (stevia would be optimal)

Preparation:

  1. Blend everything except for the bread**
  2. Soak all the slices in the mixture one by one
  3. Place them on a baking pan with a baking sheet and Bake for 15 minutes @ 400 F
  4. Or stove top until golden brown on each side
  5. Serve with a sugar free syrup to save calories
