Muscle Burgers (recipe makes 6 meals)
  • Ground Beef (90/10) 2 lbs
  • 1 Cup Shredded Mozerella + 2 Whole Eggs
  • Seasoning of Choice (Spinach or Jalapenos)

Mix everything together well and spray pan with cooking spray.

❗️Take a handful each and make Patties and pan sear or grill or bake up to 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
