Protein Bake
- Ground turkey or Lean Ground Beef (90/10) (2lbs total)
- Rolled Oats (1.5 cups dry) +2 whole eggs
- Dry seasoning of Choice (make sure to use plenty of it so it’s mixed throughout
- Bell Peppers (2 large diced)
❗️MIX ALL INGREDIENTS together, then spread evenly in a 2 inch brownie type baking pan (like a meat loaf)
Bake at 400f 30-40mins until golden brown
