Protein Brownies

▫️ Rolled oats (dry) 2 cups
▫️ Powdered Peanut Butter (dry) 8 tbsp
If you cannot source powdered PB use Peanut Butter preferably natural (2/3 cup). It will add calories (fats)per serving.
▫️ Protein powder 4 scoops
 
❗️MIX ALL INGREDIENTS together with 1 cup of water. Place in a shallow baking pan on wax paper. Freeze for 15 mins. Cut into nine servings.
They refrigerate great for the week.
