Protein Cereal Bowl
▫️ Lower sugar cereal— preferably Cheerios or Rice Krispies (dry) (3|4 cup)
▫️ Greek Yogurt Plain Non Fat (1.25 cups)
▫️ Powdered Peanut Butter (2 tbsp)
(If powdered peanut butter is unavailable add extra protein powder:will change macros)
▫️ Protein Powder ( 3/4 scoop)
❗️MIX ALL INGREDIENTS together adding cereal last. If it’s too thick, add a splash of almond milk to make it more creamy.
