▫️ Rice cakes of choice (7-13 carbs 1 cake)
▫️ Greek Yogurt Plain Non Fat (1/4 cup)
▫️ Powdered Peanut Butter (1 tbsp)
(If powdered peanut butter is unavailable add 1 tbsp peanut butter: will change macros)
▫️ Protein Powder (.5 scoop)
 
❗️MIX ALL INGREDIENTS together to make the spread for the rice cake.
