Greek Yogurt Plain Non Fat (1.5cups)
Powdered Peanut Butter (1 tbsp)
(If you cannot get powdered peanut butter add extra protein powder (will change macros)
Protein Powder (.5 scoop)
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS together and if it’s too thick, add a splash of almond milk to make it more creamy.
